Registration: Send all entries to bvchessclub@yahoo.com: Last Name, First Name; USCF ID (make sure membership is up-to-date). USCF and KCA memberships may be purchased or renewed on-site. *BOTH USCF and KCA memberships are required. Other States Accepted. KCA Adult - $3.50; KCA Scholastic - $2.50; KCA Family membership- $5.00

Entry Fee: All players pay on site on Saturday. Only Cash will be accepted. Refer to the table on the above for both adult and scholastic rates. All advanced entries must be in by December 30th, 2009 by 9:00PM.

Equipment: Please bring Clocks/Boards

Food and Drinks: No food or drinks in the tournament playing area except for bottled water. Players may leave as soon as they are finished with the 1st round to get lunch but must return before 2nd round to not risk losing time.

Other: Players are expected to know the rules in U.S. Chess Federation’s Official Rules of Chess. Please bring Clocks/Boards. Rule 32C2 is not valid for this tournament. No fee for entry or parking. There is a time delay of 5 seconds. Byes are offered for all rounds except the last round, if requested prior before the start of the tournament.
